LeanData values employee referrals as a critical component of our recruitment strategy, especially for key roles in our tech and product teams. By leveraging the networks of our talented employees, we can bring in top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and expertise requirements. Below are the details of our referral bonus program, including estimated amounts and applicable roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: For successful referrals of candidates hired as Software Engineers, LeanData offers a referral bonus of $3,000.
• Product Manager: Successfully referred candidates for Product Manager positions will earn the referring employee a bonus of $2,500.
• Data Scientist: A referral leading to a hire in the Data Scientist role will result in a $3,000 bonus.

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: Referrals for Sales Executive roles that result in a hire will earn a bonus of $2,000.
• Customer Success Manager: Successfully referred candidates for Customer Success Manager positions will yield a $1,500 bonus.
• HR Specialist: A successful referral for the HR Specialist role comes with a $1,000 bonus.

Eligibility and Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time LeanData employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contract or temporary employees are not eligible for referral bonuses.

2. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through our internal referral portal, accessible via the company intranet. Ensure all candidate information is complete and accurate.

3. Valid Referrals: To qualify, referrals must be new to LeanData (i.e., not already in our database) and hired into a full-time position.

4. Payment Terms: Referral bonuses are typically paid out after the referred employee has completed 90 days of employment with LeanData. Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.
