• Referred Candidates: The referred candidate must not be a current employee or have applied within the last 12 months.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies based on the role being filled, with a focus on tech and product roles due to their critical impact on Leafly's operations and growth.

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: $5,000
  • These roles are crucial for developing and maintaining Leafly's platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers: $4,000
