Lazydays Holdings values the contributions of its employees and recognizes that they are instrumental in bringing in top talent. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize and reward employees who refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company, particularly in tech and product roles. Below are the details of the program, including the bonus amounts and eligibility criteria.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,000
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Associate: $1,000
• Customer Support Specialist: $750
• Marketing Coordinator: $1,500
• Finance Analyst: $1,200

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referring Employee:

   • Must be a current full-time employee of Lazydays Holdings.
   • Must submit the candidate's resume through the official referral portal.
   • Must not be involved in the hiring decision for the referred role.

2. Referred Candidate:

   • Must be a new candidate who is not already in our database.
   • Must be successfully hired and remain with the company for at least 90 days.

3. Position:

   • Must be a full-time position listed on our careers page.
   • Referral bonuses are applicable only for specific roles as detailed above.

Payment Process

• The referral bonus will be paid out in the paycheck following the referred candidate’s completion of 90 days of employment.
• All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.

Additional Information
