For tech and product roles, Laureate Education offers a competitive referral bonus to encourage employees to refer highly skilled candidates:

- Product Manager: $4,500

Other Roles
While tech and product roles offer some of the highest bonuses, we also encourage referrals for other critical positions across the organization:

Program Guidelines

Eligibility: All full-time employees of Laureate Education are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible.

Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the internal referral portal. Ensure that the candidate mentions the referring employee during the application process.

Bonus Payout: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- First Installment (50%): After the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
- Second Installment (50%): After the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Multiple Referrals: If the same candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose submission was received first.
