Referral Bonus Overview

• Eligibility: All active employees of Launch Consulting Group are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Eligible Roles: Primarily focused on tech and product roles, but referrals for sales, marketing, and administrative positions are also eligible.
• Bonus Payment: The bonus is paid out in two installments—50% after the new hire completes their first 90 days and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.

• Software Engineer: Up to $5,000
• Product Manager: Up to $4,500
• Data Scientist: Up to $5,500
