Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers & Developers

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,500 after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
     • Remaining $2,500 after the referred employee completes 12 months of employment.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,250 after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
     • Remaining $2,250 after the referred employee completes 12 months of employment.

3. Data Scientists & Analysts

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,000 after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
     • Remaining $2,000 after the referred employee completes 12 months of employment.
