   • Criteria: Candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience.

2. Senior Software Engineer, Lead Data Scientist, Senior Product Manager:

   • Criteria: Candidate must have 5+ years of relevant experience and proven leadership skills.

3. Engineering Manager, Director of Product:

   • Referral Bonus: $10,000
   • Criteria: Candidate must have 8+ years of relevant experience and significant managerial experience.
