Lamar Advertising offers a competitive referral bonus program aimed at attracting top talent to join our team. This program is designed to reward employees who refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in our tech and product departments, but also across other essential roles within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Timeline:
    • $2,500 after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
    • $2,500 after the new hire completes 6 months.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, Administrative Positions
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payout Timeline:
    • $1,000 after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
    • $1,000 after the new hire completes 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility:

   • Must be a current employee of Lamar Advertising.
   • Must have been employed for at least 30 days prior to making the referral.
   • Not eligible if you are part of the hiring decision process for the referred position.

2. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Must be a new candidate to Lamar Advertising (i.e., not already in our database).
   • Must be hired for a permanent position (full-time or part-time).
   • Contract or temporary positions do not qualify for the referral bonus.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral:

   • Use the internal referral portal to submit the candidate's information.
   • Provide a resume and any relevant details about the candidate's experience and fit for the role.

2. Candidate Review:

   • Talent Acquisition Team will review the submission.
   • Qualified candidates will be contacted for the interview process.

3. Hiring Decision:

   • If the candidate
