Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must remain employed for a minimum of 90 days.
   • Payment Schedule: Paid out in two installments: 50% after 90 days and the remaining 50% at 6 months.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Eligibility: Referral must complete a 90-day employment period.
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after the first 90 days, the rest after 6 months.
