Tech and Product Roles

1. Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager)

   • Bonus Amount: KES 50,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete at least 3 months of employment.

2. Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager)

   • Bonus Amount: KES 100,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete at least 3 months of employment.
