Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists: $3,000
• System Architects: $3,500
• UI/UX Designers: $2,500

Other Roles

• Project Managers: $2,000
• Business Analysts: $2,000
• HR Specialists: $1,500
• Sales Representatives: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

1. Full-Time Employees: All full-time employees of Kratos are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
2. Referred Candidates: The referred candidates must be external applicants and not previously employed by Kratos or its subsidiaries.
3. Successful Hire: The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has been employed for a period of 90 days.
4. Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the official Kratos referral portal with complete candidate information to be eligible for the bonus.

Payment Details
