• Product Manager: $4,500

Referral Bonus Payment Process

1. Eligibility: The referral bonus is available to all current Kosmos Energy employees who refer a candidate that is successfully hired and completes a probationary period of six months.

2. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official Kosmos Energy referral portal. The referring employee must provide the candidate's resume and a brief recommendation.

3. Payment Schedule: The referral bonus will be paid in two installments:
