Eligibility and Payment Process

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Komatsu Australia are eligible to participate in the referral program. Employees in HR or recruitment roles are not eligible due to potential conflicts of interest.

• Referral Process: Employees should submit the candidate’s resume and any relevant information through the designated internal referral platform. Ensure that the candidate mentions the referring employee during the application process.

• Payment Process: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:

  • 50% of the bonus after the referred
