Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, and other similar roles.
• Bonus Amount: $5,000 per successful hire.
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid out after the new hire completes three months of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes six months of employment.
• Timeframe: The referred candidate must be hired within six months of the referral date for the bonus to be applicable.

Other Roles Referral Bonus

• Eligible Positions: Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and others.
• Bonus Amount: $2,500 per successful hire.
• Payment Structure:
