Referral Bonus Overview

Our referral bonus program is structured to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions at Know Labs. Bonuses vary by role and are paid out in two installments: one after the new hire's first 30 days and the second after six months of employment.

• Tech/Product Roles

  • Software Engineer: $3,000
  • Product Manager: $3,500
  • Data Scientist: $3,500
  • UX/UI Designer: $2,500

• Other Roles

  • Marketing Specialist: $2,000
  • Sales Executive: $2,500
  • Operations Manager: $2,000

Payment Structure

1. First Installment: 50% of the bonus amount is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 30 days.
2. Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate reaches six months of employment.
