• Eligibility: All full-time KKR & Co. employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, excluding those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.
• Application: Referrals must be submitted through the official KKR & Co. employee referral platform to qualify for the bonus.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

These roles include positions such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and UX/UI Designers.

• Bonus Amount:

  • Junior-Level Positions: $3,000
  • Mid-Level Positions: $5,000
  • Senior-Level Positions: $10,000

• Payment Schedule:

  • 50% of the bonus is paid out once the referred candidate has been employed for 3 months.
  • The remaining 50% is paid out once the referred candidate has been employed for 12 months.

Other Roles

Non-tech/product roles encompass positions in finance, operations, marketing, and HR.
