Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

  • Referrer: All full-time employees of Kinetik are eligible to participate in the referral program. Temporary employees, interns, and contractors are not eligible.
  • Referred Candidate: The candidate must be new to Kinetik, meaning they have not applied or been referred within the last 12 months.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies depending on the role and level of the position. Below are the details for typical roles:

Tech and Product Roles

  • Junior Developer / Product Associate:

    • Bonus: $1,500
    • Estimate: If 10 employees successfully refer candidates who are hired, the total payout would be $15,000.
  • Mid-Level Engineer / Product Manager:

    • Bonus: $3,000
    • Estimate: For 5 successful referrals, the total payout would be $15,000.
  • Senior Engineer / Senior Product Manager:

    • Bonus: $5,000
    • Estimate: With 3 successful referrals, the total payout would be $15,000.

Other Roles

  • Marketing / Sales / HR:
    • Junior Level: $1,000
