Our Referral Bonus Program rewards employees for successfully referring candidates who are hired and remain employed for a specified period. This initiative not only helps us grow our team with talented individuals but also engages our current employees in the recruitment process.

How It Works

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Kimbell Royalty Partners are eligible to participate in the referral program.
2. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through our internal referral portal, including the candidate’s resume and a completed referral form.
3. Eligibility Period: The referred candidate must be hired and stay with the company for a minimum of 90 days for the referrer to receive the bonus.
4. Exclusions: Referrals of candidates who have previously applied or worked with us, or referrals for internship positions, are not eligible for bonuses.
