Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, etc.
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate, except those in HR, senior management, or the hiring team for the referred position.

2. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official company referral portal before the candidate applies for the position. Ensure the candidate mentions your referral in their application.

3. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Must be a new candidate to Kimball Electronics.
   • Cannot have applied independently or through a third-party recruiter in the last 12 months.

4. Role Availability: The referral bonus is applicable to both open and anticipated positions listed on our careers page.

5. Payment Process: Bonuses are processed through payroll, subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

6. Program Duration: This program is ongoing but may be subject to change based on company needs and hiring trends.
