For referrals in tech and product roles, which are crucial for driving innovation at Kestra, we offer the following bonuses:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Key Roles

While tech and product roles are our main focus, we also value referrals for other key positions:

• Clinical Specialist: $3,000

Program Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Kestra Medical Technologies are eligible to participate in the referral program.

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid in two installments.

  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
