To incentivize and reward successful referrals, Keros offers a competitive referral bonus program. Below are the details and estimates for different roles, with a focus on tech and product positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $5,000
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• DevOps Engineer: $4,500

Other Roles

• Clinical Research Associate: $3,500
• Regulatory Affairs Specialist: $3,000
• Administrative Assistant: $1,500

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current Keros Therapeutics employees, except for hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the referral through the official employee portal or via the designated email address.
   • Ensure that the referred candidate mentions your name in their application.

3. Bonus Payout:

   • The referral bonus will be paid out 90 days after the referred candidate's start date, provided the candidate is still employed at Keros Therapeutics.
   • Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

4. Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
   • The referral must be the candidate's first point of contact with Keros Therapeutics.
   • If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on the submission timestamp.

5. Exclusions:

   • Temporary, intern, and contract positions are not eligible for referral bonuses.
   • Employees who are part of the HR or Recruitment team are excluded from participating in the program
