Program Guidelines

Eligibility: All current Keros Therapeutics employees, except for hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

Referral Process:
- Submit the referral through the official employee portal or via the designated email address.
- Ensure that the referred candidate mentions your name in their application.

Bonus Payout:
- The referral bonus will be paid out 90 days after the referred candidate's start date, provided the candidate is still employed at Keros Therapeutics.
- Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

- The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
- The referral must be the candidate's first point of contact with Keros Therapeutics.
