Program Details

• Eligibility: All current employees of Kent County Council, except those involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the official KCC referral portal, accompanied by the candidate's resume and a brief justification for the referral.
• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
  • First installment (50%) after the referred candidate successfully completes their probation period.
