Eligibility

All current Kearny Financial employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position. Referrals must be external candidates who are not currently employed by Kearny Financial.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies depending on the role level and department. For tech and product roles, the bonuses are structured to reflect the high demand and specialized skills required.

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Financial Analyst: $3,500
• Customer Support Representative: $2,000

Conditions

• The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
• The referring employee must be actively employed by Kearny Financial at the time of payout.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

Process

1. Submission: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the candidate's resume and any additional required information through the company's referral portal.
2. Evaluation: The recruitment team evaluates the referred candidate based on the job requirements and conducts interviews if the candidate is shortlisted.
3. Hiring: If the candidate is selected, they must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
