Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For roles within our technology and product teams, we offer a competitive referral bonus to encourage the identification of high-caliber talent. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000
• QA Engineer: $3,500

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech/product roles, we also value referrals for other important positions within the company:

• Sales Consultant: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All current employees of KB Home are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral system and the referring employee must be actively employed at the time of bonus payout.

• Payment Process: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments:

  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
