Eligibility and Payment

Eligibility: All current employees of KB Home are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral system and the referring employee must be actively employed at the time of bonus payout.

- First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
