Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus program offers varying incentives based on the level and type of position referred. Below, we provide detailed estimates for each category:

Tech and Product Roles

1. Software Engineers (Entry to Mid-Level)

   • Estimated Bonus: $1,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for at least 90 days.

2. Senior Software Engineers & Tech Leads

   • Estimated Bonus: $2,500
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for at least 90 days.

3. Product Managers

   • Estimated Bonus: $2,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for at least 90 days.

4. UX/UI Designers

   • Estimated Bonus: $1,500
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for at least 90 days.

Other Roles

1. Sales and Marketing Roles

   • Estimated Bonus: $1,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must be hired and remain employed for at least 90 days.

2. Administrative and Support Roles

   • Estimated Bonus: $500

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All active employees of Kastech Software Solutions Group, except for hiring managers and HR personnel involved in the recruitment process, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
