Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Kaspien both at the time of the referral and when the bonus is paid out.
• The bonus is typically paid out after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
• The referral must be submitted through the official Kaspien referral system, prior to the candidate's application or interview process.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Identify: Consider your network for potential candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions at Kaspien.
2. Submit: Use the Kaspien Employee Referral Portal to submit your referral. Provide detailed information about your candidate and their qualifications.
3. Track: Stay informed about the status of your referral through the portal.
4. Earn: Receive your referral bonus once the candidate is successfully hired and completes 90 days of employment.
