Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

Eligibility

• All Kantar employees, except those in HR roles or those involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a specified probationary period (typically 3-6 months).

Bonus Structure

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers, Data Analysts: $2,500

Payment Details

• The referral bonus is paid out in one installment after the referred employee completes the probationary period.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions according to local laws.

Other Roles Referral Bonus

Eligibility

How to Submit a Referral
