The Kansas City Jazz Orchestra (KCJO) is excited to announce a comprehensive referral bonus program to attract top talent for our tech and product roles, as well as other critical positions. This initiative aims to leverage the networks of our current employees and partners to bring in skilled professionals who share our passion for music and innovation.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Referrers: All current employees and official partners of KCJO are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred Candidates: Must apply for an open position through the referral link provided by KCJO.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies depending on the role and the successful completion of the candidate's probationary period. Below are the estimated referral bonuses for various roles:

Tech/Product Roles

• Senior Software Engineer: $2,000
• Product Manager: $1,500
• UI/UX Designer: $1,200

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $1,000
• Event Coordinator: $800
• Administrative Assistant: $500

Payment Timeline

• The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Conditions

• The referred candidate must list the referrer’s name on their application.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form provided by KCJO.
• The program is applicable only to full-time positions.
• If multiple referrals are received for the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer.
