Referral Bonus Overview

Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX/UI Designers:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and remain with the company for at least 90 days.
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid out in full with the payroll following the candidate's 90th day of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations:
  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Eligibility: Similar to tech/product roles, the referred candidate must be hired and remain with the company for at least 90 days.
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid out with the payroll following the candidate's 90th day of employment.

How to Submit a Referral
