To incentivize and reward our employees for their valuable network connections, we have implemented a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to encourage current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, although it applies to other roles as well.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,000
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500
- IT Specialist: $2,000
Other Roles
- Nurse: $1,500
- Administrative Staff: $1,000
- Marketing Specialist: $1,500
- Finance Analyst: $1,500
Program Details

Eligibility: All current employees of Jupiter Medical Center are eligible to participate in the referral program.

Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official employee referral portal for tracking and validation purposes.

Bonus Distribution: The referral bonus will be distributed in two installments:
- First Installment: 50% of the bonus amount is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
- Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes one year of employment.

Multiple Referrals: Employees are encouraged to refer multiple candidates. Bonuses will be paid for each successful hire.

Eligibility of Referred Candidates: The candidates must not have applied to the medical center in the past six months or have been previously considered for the role they are being referred for.

Payment Method: Referral bonuses will be included in the employee's regular paycheck and are subject to applicable taxes.
