Janux Therapeutics Referral Bonus Program

Janux Therapeutics recognizes the value of employee referrals and offers a generous referral bonus program aimed at incentivizing current employees to help bring talented individuals into the organization. This program is particularly rewarding for tech and product roles, but also extends to other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,500 paid after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
    • $2,500 paid after the new hire completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Research Scientists, Lab Technicians, Administrative Staff:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 paid after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
    • $1,500 paid after the new hire completes 12 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a minimum of 3 months of employment for the referrer to receive the initial payout.
• The referrer must be an active employee at the time of the bonus payout.
• Referrals should be submitted through the official referral system to be eligible for the bonus.
• The referral must be the candidate's first contact with Janux Therapeutics; candidates already in the recruitment pipeline are not eligible.

Additional Information

• Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates. Each successful hire will qualify for a separate bonus.
• Part-Time Roles: Referral bonuses for part-time roles will be prorated based on the hours worked relative to a full-time position.
