Program Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Jana Corporation are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred candidate.

• Eligible Positions: The referral bonus applies to all open positions, with special emphasis on tech and product roles, which are prioritized due to their strategic importance.

• Referral Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the internal employee portal, where they will need to provide the candidate's resume and contact information.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire's first 3 months, and the remaining 50% after the first 6 months.
