1. Software Engineers, Developers, and Architects

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
     • The remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

2. Product Managers and UX Designers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
     • The remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

3. Data Scientists and Analysts

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payment Schedule:
