ITT Referral Bonus Program

The ITT Referral Bonus Program is designed to attract top-tier talent for our tech and product roles by leveraging our most valuable asset—our current employees. Eligible Roles

The referral bonus program targets the following roles:

Tech Roles

  • Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)

    • Bonus: $2,500
  • Data Scientists

    • Bonus: $2,500
  • DevOps Engineers

    • Bonus: $2,000
  • Cybersecurity Analysts

    • Bonus: $2,000

Product Roles

  • Product Managers

    • Bonus: $2,500
  • UX/UI Designers

    • Bonus: $2,000

Other Eligible Roles

  • Sales Engineers

    • Bonus: $1,500
  • Technical Support Specialists

    • Bonus: $1,000

Referral Bonus Details

  • Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in HR, recruiting, and executive leadership roles.

  • Referral Process:

    1. Referrals must be submitted through the official ITT referral form.
    2. All referrals must include the candidate's resume and a brief explanation of their qualifications.
  • Payout Structure:

    • The bonus is paid out in two installments:
      • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
      • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
  • Maximum Bonus Limit: An employee can earn up to $10,000 in referral bonuses per calendar year.

Terms and Conditions

  • Referred candidates must not have applied or interviewed for any position at ITT in the last 12 months.
