Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in HR, recruiting, and executive leadership roles.

Referral Process:
- Referrals must be submitted through the official ITT referral form.
- All referrals must include the candidate's resume and a brief explanation of their qualifications.

Payout Structure:
- The bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Maximum Bonus Limit: An employee can earn up to $10,000 in referral bonuses per calendar year.
Terms and Conditions
- Referred candidates must not have applied or interviewed for any position at ITT in the last 12 months.
