Tech/Product Roles

For tech-related positions such as software engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, we offer a competitive referral bonus. Here's how it breaks down:

• Junior Level (0-3 years of experience):
  • Referral Bonus: $500
• Mid Level (3-7 years of experience):
  • Referral Bonus: $1,000
• Senior Level (7+ years of experience):
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions, including sales, marketing, and operations.

• Junior Level (0-3 years of experience):
  • Referral Bonus: $300
• Mid Level (3-7 years of experience):
  • Referral Bonus: $700
• Senior Level (7+ years of experience):
  • Referral Bonus: $1,500

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: The referral bonus is eligible for both current employees and external partners. The referred candidate must not already be in our recruitment pipeline.
• Payment: The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate successfully completes their probationary period, which typically lasts 3 months.
• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by multiple sources, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer as per the timestamp in our referral system.
