Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

For tech and product positions, which are crucial to our innovation and development, we offer a generous referral bonus. This bonus is structured to reflect the importance of these roles in driving Iteris’ success.

• Referral Bonus Amount: $3,000
• Eligibility:
  • Full-time employees are eligible to participate.
  • The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time tech or product role and must remain employed for a minimum of 90 days.
• Payment Schedule:
  • The bonus will be paid out in two installments:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate has completed 6 months of employment.

Other Roles Referral Bonus

While tech and product roles are high priority, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions within the company. These bonuses reflect our commitment to building a strong, diverse team across all departments.
