Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000 for each successful hire.
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete a 90-day probation period.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000 for each successful hire.
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete a 90-day probation period.

How It Works

1. Referral Submission:

   • Submit your referral through our referral portal or email it to referrals@iterativeventures.com.
   • Ensure you include the candidate's resume and contact information.

2. Candidate Evaluation:

   • Our recruitment team will assess the candidate's fit for the role.
   • Successful candidates will proceed through our standard interview process.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • Once the referred candidate is hired and completes the 90-day probation period, the referral bonus will be processed.
   • Bonuses are paid out via direct deposit or check, according to the referrer's preference.

Terms and Conditions

• Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be reported as income.
• Referrals must be submitted before or during the candidate’s application process.
• The program is open to employees, partners, and external individuals.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make.
• If multiple people refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on submission time.
