At iSpecimen, we recognize the value of your professional network and the talent within it. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who refer exceptional candidates that join our team. This guide details the program specifics, focusing on tech and product roles, but also includes information applicable to other positions.

Program Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of iSpecimen are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Bonus Amounts:
  • Tech/Product Roles: $3,000
  • Other Roles: $1,500
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the new hire has completed 30 days of employment.
  • The remaining 50% after the new hire has completed 90 days of employment.
• Referral Process:
  1. Submission: Submit your referral’s resume through the internal referral portal or email it to HR with the subject line "Referral - [Candidate Name]".
  2. Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment once your referral has been received and entered into the system.
  3. Tracking: HR will keep you updated on the status of your referral throughout the interview and hiring process.

Program Rules

• Eligible Candidates: Candidates who are not currently in our database or have not applied within the past six months are eligible for referral.
• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the first person who submitted the referral.
• Employment Status: You must be an active employee at the time of both the referral submission and the bonus payout to receive the bonus.
