Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech and Product Roles:
   • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, etc.:
     • Bonus Amount: Employees can earn a referral bonus of up to $5,000 for successful hires in these high-demand roles.
     • Payout Structure: Typically, the bonus is paid in two installments:
       • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
       • 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.
2. Other Roles:
   • Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.:
