Iovance Biotherapeutics values the contributions of our team in helping us find talented individuals who align with our mission and culture. To incentivize and reward successful referrals, we have implemented a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program, particularly focusing on tech and product roles, though applicable to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Referrers: All current employees of Iovance Biotherapeutics are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred Candidates: Must not have applied to any Iovance position within the last 12 months.

Referral Bonus Structure

• Tech / Product Roles:

  • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: $3,000
  • Technical Leads, Senior Engineers: $5,000
  • Directors of Product/Engineering: $7,000

• Other Roles:

  • General Staff Positions: $1,500
  • Senior Non-Technical Roles: $2,500
  • Executive Roles: $5,000

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
  1. First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 3 months of employment.
  2. Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 12 months of employment.

Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals via the internal referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and any additional relevant information.
2. Evaluation: HR will evaluate the candidate's eligibility and ensure there has been no prior application in the past 12 months.
3. Interview and Hiring: If the candidate is interviewed and subsequently hired, the referrer will be eligible for the bonus as outlined.
