Referral Bonus Details

General Guidelines

• Eligibility: All full-time Ionis employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official Ionis referral portal and should include the candidate's resume and contact information.
• Referral Validity: To be eligible for a bonus, the referral must be submitted before the candidate applies directly or is otherwise introduced to Ionis.

Bonus Structure

Technical/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Referral Bonus: Up to $5,000
  • Bonus Breakdown:
    • $2,500 paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining $2,500 paid after the candidate completes their first year.
• UX/UI Designers, IT Specialists:
  • Referral Bonus: Up to $3,500
  • Bonus Breakdown:
    • $1,750 after the completion of 3 months.
    • Remaining $1,750 after one year of employment.

Other Roles

• Research Scientists, Clinical Specialists:

  • Referral Bonus: Up to $4,000
