This program is designed to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, but it also applies to other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• UI/UX Designer: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• QA Engineer: $2,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• HR Specialist: $1,000
• Sales Executive: $2,000

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of InXile Entertainment are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit your referral through the company's internal referral system.
   • Provide relevant details about the candidate, including a resume and a brief description of their qualifications.
   • Ensure the candidate is aware of your referral and is interested in the position.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.
   • Bonuses are subject to standard payroll taxes and deductions.

4. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Referred candidates must not have applied to InXile Entertainment within the past 12 months.
   • Candidates should meet the minimum qualifications and requirements for the position.

5. Multiple Referrals:

   • If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the first person who submitted the referral.
