Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who refer exceptional candidates to our open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. This program is an opportunity for you to help build our team with people you trust and earn a bonus for your efforts.

How It Works

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Invitation Homes are eligible to participate in the Referral Bonus Program.

2. Referral Process:

   • Identify a candidate who would be a great fit for our open positions.
   • Submit their information through the internal referral portal.
   • Ensure the candidate includes your name as the referrer in their application.

3. Candidate Evaluation:

   • Referred candidates will undergo the standard recruitment and interview process.
   • The candidate must not have applied independently or been in contact with our recruitment team within the last 12 months.

4. Bonus Structure:

   • Tech/Product Roles: Successful referrals for tech and product roles are eligible for a bonus of up to $5,000. This includes roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX/UI Designers.
   • Other Roles: Referrals for non-tech roles may earn bonuses ranging from $1,000 to $3,000, depending on the position and level.

5. Payment Details:

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
     • First Installment: 50% of the bonus will be paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
     • Second Installment: The remaining 50% will be paid after the candidate completes six months of employment.
