To encourage current employees to refer qualified candidates, Intrepid Potash offers a competitive referral bonus program. Below, we detail the referral bonus structure, with a focus on tech and product roles, as well as other positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
     • Bonus Amount: Up to $3,000
     • Payment Schedule:
       • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
       • Additional $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

2. Other Roles:

   • Operations, Sales, Marketing:
     • Bonus Amount: Up to $1,500
     • Payment Schedule:
       • $750 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
       • Additional $750 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referring Employee:

  • Must be a current employee of Intrepid Potash.
  • Cannot be part of the hiring team for the referred candidate.
  • Must submit the referral through the official employee referral form before the candidate applies.

• Referred Candidate:

  • Must not be a current or former employee of Intrepid Potash.
  • Should not have been in contact with Intrepid Potash's recruitment team for the past 12 months.

Additional Details

• Limitations:
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, bonuses are only awarded for successful hires.
• Program Changes:
  • Intrepid Potash reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral bonus program at any time.
