Referral Bonus Overview

Tech/Product Roles

• Eligibility: Current employees who refer candidates for tech and product roles are eligible for a referral bonus.
• Bonus Amount: The referral bonus for successful hires in tech and product roles is $2,500.
• Payment Structure: The bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
  • 50% ($1,250) after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% ($1,250) after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Eligibility: Referrals for roles outside of tech and product are also eligible for bonuses, encouraging a wide range of talent acquisition.
• Bonus Amount: The referral bonus for these roles varies but generally averages around $1,000.
• Payment Structure: Similar to tech/product roles, the bonus is paid in two parts:
  • 50% ($500) after the new hire completes 90 days.
  • 50% ($500) after the new hire completes 6 months.

Program Guidelines

• Eligible Employees: All full-time employees are eligible to participate, except for HR personnel and managers involved in the hiring decision process for the referred candidate.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have been previously considered or employed by International Paper within the last 12 months.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the official company referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and any relevant details.
• Exclusions: Temporary, contract, and part-time positions typically do not qualify for referral bonuses unless
