To encourage our employees to refer qualified candidates, we offer a generous referral bonus program. This program is designed to attract top-tier talent for our tech/product roles and other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product positions, we recognize the critical impact these roles have on our business. As such, we offer a higher referral bonus for successful hires in these areas.

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Referral Bonus: $5000
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, the remaining 50% after 6 months.

• UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, Quality Assurance Testers:

  • Referral Bonus: $4000
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, the remaining 50% after 6 months.

Other Roles

While tech/product roles have a higher bonus due to their specialized nature, IME also provides referral bonuses for other important positions in the company.

• Marketing, Finance, Operations:

  • Referral Bonus: $3000
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, the remaining 50% after 6 months.

• Customer Support, Sales, Administrative Roles:

  • Referral Bonus: $2000
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, the remaining 50% after 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Employee Status: Only current IME employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
2. Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not already be in IME's recruitment database or have applied within the last 12 months.
