Tech and Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Engineers, and other related roles.
• Bonus Amount: $2,000
• Payout Schedule:
  • $1,000 upon successful completion of the new hire's probationary period (typically 90 days).
  • $1,000 after the new hire completes one year of service.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility:

   • Open to all current employees of IIA, excluding hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred role.

2. Referred Candidate Eligibility:

   • Candidates must not have applied or been in contact with IIA regarding employment in the past 12 months.
   • Candidates must be successfully hired and complete the required probationary period.

3. Application Process:

   • Referrals must be submitted through the official employee referral portal before the candidate applies.
