Program Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Interdigital are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those in HR or recruitment roles.
• Referral Process: Employees should submit referrals through the company's referral portal, providing necessary candidate information and the role they are being referred for.
• Bonus Payment: Referral bonuses are paid out after the new hire has completed 90 days of employment. Payments will be made through payroll and are subject to applicable taxes.
