Intelex Referral Bonus Program

Intelex values employee referrals and believes they are a key component in identifying top talent for our organization. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates who align with our company values and open roles, particularly in tech and product areas. Below are the detailed guidelines and estimates for the referral bonuses applicable to different roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer

  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of the referred employee's start date, remaining 50% after 6 months.

• Product Manager

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of the referred employee's start date, remaining 50% after 6 months.

• Data Scientist

  • Referral Bonus: $2,800
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of the referred employee's start date, remaining 50% after 6 months.

Other Roles

• Sales Executive

  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of the referred employee's start date, remaining 50% after 6 months.

• Customer Success Manager

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of the referred employee's start date, remaining 50% after 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only active employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• The bonus is applicable only after the referred employee has successfully completed the specified period of employment.
• Referred candidates should not have applied to Intelex independently or through other sources within the last 12 months.
• Employees involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate are not eligible
