- Referral Bonus: $2,500
- Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of the referred employee's start date, remaining 50% after 6 months.

- Referral Bonus: $3,000
- Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of the referred employee's start date, remaining 50% after 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria
