To support our growth and maintain a high-performing team, we have implemented a Referral Bonus Program. This program incentivizes current employees to refer candidates who align with our company values and possess the skills necessary to thrive in our dynamic work environment.

Referral Bonus Overview

The Referral Bonus Program offers financial rewards to employees who successfully refer candidates for open positions. The bonus amounts vary based on the role being filled, with a focus on tech and product roles, given their critical impact on our company’s success.

Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
     • Referral Bonus: $5,000
     • An additional $1,000 is awarded if the candidate is hired within a critical need period (as determined by HR).

2. Specialized Tech Roles:

   • DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Analysts, AI Specialists:
     • Referral Bonus: $6,000

3. Leadership Roles:

   • Tech/Product Leads, Senior Architects:
     • Referral Bonus: $7,500

4. Non-Tech Roles:

   • Marketing, Sales, Operations:
     • Referral Bonus: $2,500

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate, except those involved in the hiring process of the referred candidate (e.g., HR staff, hiring managers).
• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 90 days of employment.
  • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 6 months of employment.
